Packages and Pricing

The London Swing and Soul Band offers 5 main styles of live entertainment.

The first two categories (Swing and Soul) are standard, and included in the main package price at no additional cost. A repertoire (guide only) for these categories can be viewed on the Repertoire . This repertoire is being updated constantly, and requests are accepted.

For some events we perform pure Jazz/Swing and some Soul/Pop and for some a variety. Often we begin with Jazz/Swing and move to Pop/Soul

1. Jazz / Swing - Swing, Jive, Ballad, Easy Listening, Jazz

2. Soul / Dance - Soul, Chart, Rock, Pop, Motown, RnB, 60s, 70s, 80s, etc.

The London Swing and Soul Band also offers music from around the world.
The preparation of these sets incurs additional fees.

Repertoire and special requests can be agreed prior to the event.

3. JEWISH - Ashkenazi/ Sephardi/Mizrachi/Klezmer / Israeli Dancing

4. LATIN - Ballroom / Salsa / Merengue / Samba / Bossa

5. SPECIAL REQUESTS - from Russia, Turkey, India, Italy, France, Israel, Iran, etc

The packages and prices below are for guidance only. Prices will vary according to date/timing/location/requirements and AV requrirement

All packages and prices include the following pre-event and event-day services.  

PRE - EVENT

Planning and coordination
Telephone/email support
Equipment PAT Test
Public Liability Insurance
Equipment planning and carriage
Preparation of 1 free song request.

EVENT DAY

Set up by 2 hours before set time.
Start time flexibility up to half an hour
DJ/Disco till midnight
Full AV/Sound Provision and Production
(Basic) Stage and Dancefloor Lighting
Assistance with Speeches and Managing Cues.

 

These packages assume sound and lighting for events up to 100 people.   

Larger events will incur higher production and audiovisual costs, based on preferences.  

The London Swing and Soul Band can also work with in-house or third-party AV companies and production suppliers. 

The following packages and band-sizes are just examples.    Fees will vary depending on times and dates (peak and off-peak).
